Ah...renewing passports!

A huge weight was lifted off our shoulders today as we were finally able to renew all of our passports for our trip in a months time.

The first service desk we approached we were welcomed by ironically enough a young Filipino girl who was very pleasant and helpful. We then waited our turn to be seen by the next agent.

When our number was called we were NOT greeted by seemingly the unhappiest Passport Canada Office Employee of all time. I guess working on a beautiful Saturday afternoon will put you in a funky mood.

To Laine's displeasure I purposefully dropped the interac machine on the counter although Captain Oblivious barely noticed.

All drama aside we were glad to take care of this task.

I guess the events of the morning pooped out the girls as it was a very quiet lunch time ride on the way home :)

Excited for our departure to the Philippines

Exciting times await us in the Philippines!

This will be my first time traveling to the homeland, actually it will also be Lauren & Lea's first time as well. I've started this blog to keep our family and friends up to date throughout our entire trip. I'm not quite sure how often I'll be able to update this, but please check back often.

We are scheduled to leave Montreal on December 13th.

I'll post again the day before and the day we leave!
